A Morty Gunty autograph is for sale on eBay. The seller notes, “This is an authentic hand signed item and is NOT a preprint.” If only that had been true of Morty’s autograph back in ’64. It would have saved both him and me a lot of pain.

Holy family reunion, Batman! Doug, I’m glad you post the comments on the right, or I never would have seen the latest from the Gunty family.
I won a Morty Gunty 45 rpm record on an eBay auction that should be on its way right now. If you wish, I can put you in touch with Morty’s daughter Sheryl.
Thanks to Mr. Pratt for the Blog. I was casually researching Morty Gunty on the web. My late father, Louis Gunty, said that we might be related (not sure how far back). It is not a common surname. Thanks again for the info. Dave
Sheryl,
I’ve sent Esther’s email address to you.
I cannot believe that Esther found this!!! She actually was one of our favorites!! She loved music & taught us to dance! She was 23 at the time & to think that my daughter is 23 now is weird, Please find out how I can get in touch with her.
Thanks,
Sheryl
Hello, Esther.
Thank you so much for finding my Web site. I will be contacting Morty’s daughter Sheryl very soon, and I will certainly tell her how to contact you.
I was sad to hear that Mr. Gunty passed away a few years ago. I was his daughter Sheryl and Lori’s baby sitter for many years when we all lived in Brooklyn. I am glad to see that Sheryl found this website about her father. If you can I would appreciate it if you would forward my comment to Sheryl, Lor and their mother Marilyn. It has been years since I’ve seen them and would love to be able to speak with them
Thank you
Esther
