The original intent was to make it like a comic strip and offer a little something that’s good for a few moments of entertainment. I really liked it when I got the Petula thing going before the PETition and before the Pet blog. But now the blog is gone, which is a bit deflating, as was the database debacle. It wouldn’t have been so bad, but most of my backups were no good because the script that the Web hosting service provided to make it quick and easy to create a compressed file backup of the database was creating files of nothing. Argh! It’s much, much more work to check the integrity of the database and then manually back it up from within the database console, but we do what must be done to get it done.
Congratulations on one year of service! Everyone everywhere should check this blog out everyday. I know I do. Keep the posts comin’!
The original idea I had for a new banner didn’t work out, but this one was certainly easy and quick to do.
