    The condo should be nearly completely repaired on Thursday…the carpeting goes in on Wednesday and there’s just a bit of painting to finish. Overall, there was about $50,000 worth of damage if you include the furniture that was destroyed. Thankfully, my insurance will cover most of the furniture and carpeting. We are still waiting (and we’re ready to fight) the condo insurance company who are claiming that (since it was a burst hot water pipe) they will not reimburse us for the building repair. It hasn’t been a pleasent three weeks for us up here in freezing-cold New Hampshire…but we’ve enjoyed our time with our friends up here.

  2. I can make a copy that should be indistinguishable from watching a manufactured DVD, but I adamantly refuse to accept any money.

    BTW, how’s the place in New Hampshire doing, since the the flood?

    Does this mean that I could get a copy of this Monkee special from you? I’d be happy to pay for the trouble!

    I haven’t seen it online, and I don’t know if it will be. I’ll undoubtedly be posting some of it, and it’s very easy to copy from the DVR to a DVD-R.
