Mitt Romney, Michael J. Fox, President Biden, David Rubenstein, Denzel Washington

The Presidential Medal of Freedom was tarnished when Trump gave one to Rush Limbaugh. Biden has restored luster to the medal, by awarding it to Michael J. Fox.
