The symbolism of Trump’s military birthday parade leaves me no longer dismissing the extreme possibility that his plan is to find a way to justify declaring martial law. If he does that, the timing could prevent not only the 2028 presidential election, but the 2026 midterm elections.
Thumbs up for that. I’ve never been so concerned about the future.
