Tremendous Obliteration in Iran

Remind us again, Zoltar, what you said on New Year’s Day when asked if there was any hope for 2026.

America, not Iran, is the country that’s being forced to surrender after Trump’s deranged threats. As Trump’s niece Mary has said, “There is no worst with Donald. Each day is worse.” So here we are again, with Trump backing down with another two-week delay. It’s always two more weeks with Trump. He will continue to drag us from one manufactured crisis to another until he is gone from office. But when will he finally be gone?

There is more than enough reason to not bother with the impeachment process for a third time, and instead to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office. But whose responsibility is it to do that? Of course it’s VP J.D. and Trump’s cabinet of incompetent lick-spittles. We are all so totally fu*ked.

One bright spot is the Artemis 2 Moon mission. I’m looking forward to the crew’s return, when they will display their fantastic new super powers from cosmic ray exposure.

A robbery implies the theft occurred while Mark was present. I’m thinking it’s probably more likely that he is the victim of a burglary, committed while he was away at WonderCon.

Merry TaxMass

Today by direct deposit I received the refund on my Massachusetts income taxes. The thing is, I didn’t pay any income taxes to the state last year. My accountant knew one simple trick. It’s genius!

My federal refund hasn’t appeared yet, marking the first time ever the state came through first. An effect of Elon’s DOGE kiddies, no doubt. I can infer the federal return was accepted, however, as the state won’t process a return until that has happened.
