Jerry Maren seems like the third “last surviving Munchkin” obituary I have seen in recent years. With the 80th anniversary of the movie coming up, Denro suggests that one of the children who were in the crowd scenes of Munchkinland might still be alive.
Playing around again with posting my own video. Not trying for HD rips or anything fancy. Just want the ability to post an occasional clip of my own choosing when it isn’t conveniently available elsewhere, and to do it as cheaply as possible. Which means not buying an expensive video editing suite. This time around I wanted to see if I could get the 16:9 aspect ratio working.

On Netflix I’ve been binging on “Better Call Saul” and the good news is the series was renewed for a 4th season with 10 episodes. 🙂 But it will be delayed until this fall. 🙁
Someone else had a cancer removed in January, but his was in a very different place than mine. Note: Fry used private insurance for the procedure, not the UK’s National Health.

Medical student Roger Bannister broke the 4-minute mile in 1954. Dr. Bannister, who became Sir Bannister in 1975, has died of Parkinson’s Disease.
