Prattling Before the Pratfall

Among the many commentaries being written about the unjustified killing of Renee Good in Minneapolis by an ICE agent, this one stands out as being the most unbelievably appalling:

Sleazy Bake Oven

Here’s a local story about a lady who loves to bake, but she doesn’t love her new, fancy oven.

The GE Appliance division isn’t General Electric. It’s owned by Haier of China, which discontinued its brand name in America after the acquisition.

I say, keep it simple and stick with what works!

Facebook has become a good source for blog-worthy photos. This one popped up today.

On that spinner rack of comics is Vault of Horror #27, cover dated Oct-Nov 1952. Two years later, the comic book witch hunt ended EC’s Old Witch.

Can’t claim to have ever been a Deadhead, but I liked a lot of their early work, and I certainly understand why fans loved the Grateful Dead. Bob Weir has died. He had a band called ratdog. A long time ago, somebody from a law firm contacted me, asking if I would sell the domain name dograt that, obviously, I didn’t do.
