Twinster Jean here! I’m in the ninth district, also heavily Amish and Mennonite. Yes! No buttons here for the Amish. Honorable daughter Molly and I were eating lunch at Subway, and at the next table sat a young Amish couple with their newborn baby. They must have been about 18 years old, the baby just out of the chute! The mother’s clothes were completely fastened with straight pins (OUCH!) Listening to them drone on in their combination Dutch/English puts you to sleep! Yumpin’ Yiminy!
