I stopped paying attention to Bush’s speech about his latest plans for Iraq after he said this, because it’s the only part that matters.

The residents of Baghdad are already terrified to leave their homes, and now they’ll be terrified in their homes. A lot of civilians are going to get killed.
Tom and I didn’t even watch the speech. Why bother? It would have brought on a fit of Tourette-like F-bombs that would have kept Molly from going to sleep! In the words of Randy Newman, tweaked a bit, “Bush all hates them anyhow, so let’s drop the big one now!”
