Awwww… what a shame. It’s just a pity the fool Brown doesn’t see through him. He sounds like he might really just have been another poodle of Bush’s, like Tory Blur was before Bush fixed him up with another job.
Mind you, Bush has got an excuse for being ghastly. He’s a right wing Republican. Caring about poor people isn’t in his DNA. Blair and Brown were SUPPOSED to be Socialist. HUH! I spit on them.
Independence for Scotland Doug. Alex Salmond for President.
It’s also great comic timing that the credit crisis here in the US hit its peak at exactly the time Greenspan hit the trail to promote his book. For so long he was seen as the great, wise guiding force of monetary policy; but now, thanks to the credit crunch and influence he had on the fiscal policies that resulted in the deficit, Greenspan’s reputation is heading for the dumpster.
That was a corker. I see he’s over here at the moment advising Gordon Brown. God help us!
