  1. Bismo, the news wires are buzzing about the feud this morning. (Not everybody cares about “Stupor Tuesday.”) Conan himself said they acted like latter-day Marx Brothers, just a bunch of guys with a box of props and a hour to kill. Reporters also pointed out how this would never have worked with Letterman and Leno in the mix.

  2. Awesome!! We watched Monday night’s “Daily Report” to catch up, then caught the Conan finale here in PrattVision… definitely haven’t laughed that hard since the writer’s strike began. Beautiful cross-promotions, not only not sure they could’ve worked Leno in (though I could see it happening), but I’m guessing it’d never be approved by the network if there WASN’T a strike.

  3. I think it’s interesting that these three got together to do this — no Letterman, no Leno. Could either of them have gotten into the fray and pulled it off? Personally, I don’t think it would have worked. What I saw last night felt like the creation of a new generation’s Rat Pack.

  4. The leadup to the fight was okay. But the actual smackdown was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in awhile! Every cheesy fight scene from every cheesy TV show and movie – all in one place. All that was missing was some “BAM!” and “POW” balloons from the old Batman TV Show. Are these guys the New Three Stooges? It had that “three buddies messing around” vibe – but with the technology to make it even funnier. And yes, I did not realize just how tall Conan O’Brien really is!

  5. Scary FUNNY! Since all three of these guys are writers, not to mention pretty funny comic actors, the show DOES go on! And I’ll give Mike Huckabee MY vote for playing along! The only thing missing was a shot of Tek Jansen in the fray!
