Ah, Brighams! Formerly independent ice cream maker of Arlington, MA. No more factory in Arlington, no more restaurant (at that location). It’s just not the same, even if the packaging is. The brand is now owned by Hood, and the packaged ice cream business is handled by Friendly’s.
¡Gracias, Lia!
Happy Birthday!, Feliz Cumpleaños Doug

Brigham’s ice cream. The heavenly goodness! Dear Lord, I’d forgotten all about it. I’ll just jump in the car and go to Cumberland Farms. Oh, wait! I don’t live in Massachusetts anymore …. 😉
Eric will be home for the weekend. All I ever want is Carol’s chocolate cake and Brigham’s vanilla ice cream.
Happy Birthday! I was going to leave these greetings on the Terry Jones post, but hey, you left a special place for them! So…what’ll you and Carol do to celebrate?
Darn! I wish I had a record like that. But we DO have a Beatles song just for us. I had all the kids at the bus stop sing “Happy Birthday” this morning to me as a surprise, which was very nice (my friend Kendra planned it). I looked pretty scruffy, too. Molly will be gone tonight and tomorrow night for a football game and a band competition, respectively, so I won’t get my traditional coconut cake till Sunday! 🙁 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TWINSTER!
