K3 Through the Looking Glass

In addition to their TV sitcom, the ladies of K3 in have a new stage musical coming up. It’s an adaptation of Alice in Wonderland (perhaps inspired by the success of Tim Burton’s movie?).

With all of the injuries from the aerial acrobatics in the Spider-Man musical, one would hope that Karen, Kristel, and Josje wouldn’t be made to wear wires so they can fly above the stage, but they already did that in an earlier musical, when Kathleen was in the group.

  1. Yes, that too ๐Ÿ™‚ Compaired to the other ones she looks very slim for some one who just had a baby a year ago. ๐Ÿ˜‰ With Kristel it was really scary after she got her Baby she was like really skinny ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  2. We don’t have K3 in America, but the Spider-Man musical is having the longest preview ever. Karen had her baby a year ago, and she’s done a great job of slimming down since then.

  3. haha there was no spiderman musical xD omg ๐Ÿ™‚ yes they look slimmed down :0 Kristel and Josje look really thin..but Karen looks still a bit huge from the left and right side..but thats okay ๐Ÿ™‚

And, i think K3 is just a brandname that will never leave the formula. ๐Ÿ˜‰ But there arent just enough girls with K-names and are willing to sing in a bubblegum girl band ๐Ÿ˜‰ But the Benelux already embraced Josje, and now it feels like they reinvented their selves and sometimes like it never has bin diffrend..

  4. Oh, those freaky pig noses they wore! Cute curly tails were all they needed. ๐Ÿ˜‰ The song sounds a bit recycled, mostly from “Kuma He,” but hey, it’s new and it’s K3. Karen and Kristel look like they’ve really slimmed down for the show. I like Josje, but I miss Kathleen. How do they explain still using “K3” when they’re really K2+J?

  5. I actually like that new song pretty much, in such a way that I don’t get it out of my head since two days ๐Ÿ™‚ Although after hearing the first few seconds, I first thought they are “recycling” some older K3 tune which I don’t remember …

I found it via Twitter studio100fan. I have also looked for the lyrics on Studio100Fan.eu, but they are not yet available. However, there are already some signs for a new album for the musical, which can be preordered for March 28th.

I’m curious whether it will be as good as the single (and better than e.g. “De 3 Biggetjes” was) …
