Eric and I got the leaves raked up this weekend, it’s a Sunday Autumn evening, I’m in a contemplative mood, and this recording evokes a strong feeling of nostalgia in me.

I’ve gotten to enjoy raking leaves a lot. You get into a rhythm after awhile, and it’s great exercise, releasing those wonderful natural endorphins. You’ve given me the great idea of listening to my CD player while raking tomorrow. Sadly, I ran my mp3 player through the wash two months ago and haven’t yet replaced it!
