The G.I. Bill in Action

I spotted this cartoon by Carl Rose in The New Yorker 25th Anniversary Album, but I don’t see it in The Complete Cartoons of the New Yorker (2004). So I can’t say exactly when it was published, but it has to be from between ’47-’50.
