I Know Where I’m Going! was a very good movie, and had big-name stars in Wendy Hiller, Roger Livesey and Catherine Lacey, but I didn’t much enjoy making it. It was shot on a very dark set, and I was afraid of Michael Powell.

I’ve read, and recommend, Petula’s autobiography. It’s an honest and open telling of her life, minus a few personal details. The title is something that John Lennon said, as explained in this preview.
