There Was A Virus Goin’ ‘Round…

This song seems to be one that’s forgotten more than some others, but it was a huge hit. On the Billboard charts for fourteen weeks, it was #1 four of those weeks, dominating radio airplay in the gap between the Beatles’ “All You Need is Love” and “Hello Goodbye.”
Radio 66… or 666?
Rock and Roll is the Devil’s music? Good guy Tom Hanks doesn’t seem to think so. He’ll be hosting a show on Boss Radio 66 this weekend. https://wfmuichiban.blogspot.com/

This will be the second show Hanks has done for Boss Radio 66. Here’s his first.
Stones Wattage
A couple of Ed Sullivan appearances. This one has some of Charlie’s simpler drumming.
There’s more going with the drumming in “Let’s Spend Some Time Together.”
For ages Mick insisted he didn’t change the lyric at Sullivan’s request, but the Internet has put the lie to that. Jim Morrison didn’t bow to Ed, and the Doors were banned from the show.
Mega Watts
Charlie Watts has died. This is the first example of his drumming that comes to mind.
