Halloween has come and gone again! Eric came up with some nice designs, and I did the carving. Eric says the one on the right is Japanese for pumpkin.

Demon run
Here’s a 50’s sci-fi/horror movie I’d never heard of, but to my surprise Eric knew what it was in an instant — Night of the Demon. It’s also known as Curse of the Demon, and we caught only the last few minutes of it on Turner Classic Movies, so I’ll be watching it here for the first time. But first… It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown is on again. But why does Charlie Brown keep saying, “I got Iraq?”

It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown is starting right now on ABC. Will Charlie Brown kick the football? Will the Great Pumpkin visit Linus? Of course not! And we wouldn’t want it any other way.

Bloomberg’s game changers
A few days ago, tastewar sent me this link on Cult of Mac of a new interview with John Sculley, the former CEO of Apple, who was the former CEO of PepsiCo that orchestrated the removal of Steve Jobs from Apple. By chance last night I caught a show on Bloomberg TV about Steve Jobs that includes comments from Sculley and the editor of Cult of Mac. Here’s a clip about Jobs returning to the reins at Apple, a couple of CEO’s after Sculley had departed.
